Begin with the approved deck as the authoritative source, then document each released copy, recipient, purpose and version. Keep platform permissions, device security, package controls, acknowledgements and backups as separate controls. Before release, test the package with a fictional deck, confirm that required media opens offline, compare it with the approved master and prove that an independent backup can restore the exact version.
